I'm so pleased to "meet" you, thanks for considering EverKind as your next partner in success.
EverKind was created in April of 2020, shortly after the start of the COVID-19 pandemic when so many people had their career or company unexpectedly and significantly impacted. Friends, family, those in my professional network, and former co-workers found themselves or their organization abruptly in transition without a game plan. The opportunity to help on a larger scale presented itself, and EverKind came to life.
Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, Talent Management, Employer Branding, Human Resources/Employee Relations, and Training & Development are my wheelhouse combined with years of professional Resume Writing, Interview Prep, and Executive/Leadership Coaching. I'm incredibly proud of the work EverKind has already done to help job seekers and organizations from all over the country. EverKind is allowing me to live my professional passion every day while watching our clients achieve their long-awaited goals. How lucky am I?
My goal is simple, no matter the challenge at hand - how can EverKind create and deliver solutions that will produce results while being intuitive and easy to implement at the same time?

~ As EverKind’s lead consultant, I have 20+ yrs. experience in both corporate and privately run organizations plus consulting, agency, and project management experience within Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Professional Leadership Coaching, and Operations Management supporting Education, Healthcare & Mental Health, Manufacturing, Distribution, Supply Chain, Operations, Start-Up/VC/Angel networks and more. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Shippensburg University and a SHRM-CP Human Resources certification from the Society of Human Resource Management. And....I love what I do.
